Arts & Sciences
The College of Arts and Sciences will enroll you in a required one-credit seminar and two three-credit courses—typically a writing and a math based on your placement exam results. If you did not take one or both of your placement exams, we will choose classes for you based on your FTES selections and your intended major. If you are an international student, we have placed you into ENL 201 Composition for Non-native Speakers of English. Once you arrive, you will take the English Language Assessment Exam and once you receive your results, we will adjust your schedule to reflect the writing course you are placed into. You will be provided with a schedule by the SummerStart office when you arrive on July 3.
An advisor from the School of Education will contact you regarding course selection and registration for SummerStart.
